Dr. Erika Fierro, DC
Dr. Erika is a licensed chiropractor who specializes in supporting women going through their motherhood phase. She works with prenatal and postpartum care. In addition, she treats infants, children, and teenagers.

As a new mom she understands the importance of how a mother can impact the household. The importance of supporting a mom not only improves her health but it also impacts raising healthy children.
​
Her philosophy is that the body can heal itself as long as there is no interference in the spine. As we go through life, we experience physical, chemical, and emotional stresses that will impact our health. With chiropractic care we help your body adapt to these stresses by working with your nervous system so you can have better function.

Dr. Paul Pankoke, DC
Co-Founder
Dr. Paul Pankoke has specialized training to support pregnant mothers (Yes! He is Webster Certified) and weekend warriors who want to stay at the top of their game in their careers, on the field, and in their families!
These high achievers at home, in the office, and on the field do not have time to be limited by shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, hip pain, or lower back pain. They need to function their best so they can have the focus and mobility needed with their demanding lifestyle.
As a father, Dr. Paul is passionate about helping parents to live a life free of restriction and regulation so that they have the capacity to raise their families with passion and purpose.
He is a big believer that God designed the body with everything it needs to heal and thrive, and it is his pleasure to help empower you and your family by facilitating that power through chiropractic care.

Our Founder
Hi! I'm Alex, or as some have to call me, Dr. Mam Bird.
I'm a wife, a #boymom of two, a vitalistic chiropractor, a childbirth educator, and a lover of all things wellness.
I am a real person just like you. I am a mom, just like you. Sometimes I get stressed or overwhelmed, just like you.
As a holistic doctor, I created this practice as a means to share with other people how you can still be REAL and live the healthy life you desire.
Life is complicated enough. Taking great care of yourself inside and out does not have to be. I define health as a dynamic state that ebbs and flows. B-E-A-YOU-tiful things happen when we start to live a life free of interference.
I know life is messy.
I support balance, not perfection.

Lina Hernandez
Care Coordinator &
Office Manager
Angelina Hernandez, who prefers the name "Lina," originally hails from Dallas, Texas. She underwent significant relocations during her teenage years, spending five years in McAllen, Texas, before moving to Springdale, Arkansas, where she graduated high school. Following graduation, she returned to Dallas, establishing it as her permanent residence.
​
In September 2022, Lina enlisted in the US Army Reserves with the primary aim of receiving support to kickstart her veterinary career.
In her leisure time, she dedicates five days a week to the gym. The remaining two days are cherished moments spent with her feline companion, a kitty named "Kylo."
